KOOL KOOR is an American artist, the real deal coming out of the South Bronx.
Coming from a family of painters, he studied architecture and illustration with an intense passion for graffiti. With Basquiat and Keith Haring as his fellow soliders, he creates parallel worlds in a fluid labyrinth where movement dominates all with great depth.
He went from walls to the canvas, with his exhibition at 16 at Fashion Moda which is the most renowed art gallery for artists from the Bronx.
His mastery of a spray paint canister is unparalleled. He disperses acid colors creating a futuristic landscape. He is inspired by fluid movements full of color from his environment to give a labyrinth punctuated by open or dense spaces, hoping that his works will flow into the spirit like water flows through the dense forests of the mountains.
