Gare de Lyon

In partnership with SNCF and Gare & Connexions, Quai 36 invited Italian artist, Hunto to relook the oft-neglected Rue de Bercy, the result: an impressive metamorphosis rich in color.

Inspired by Braque and Picasso’s cubism, Hunto creates characters with cubic and intensely colorful faces assembled together in a vivacious and dynamic composition that is sure to have an energizing effect on passersby.

The two frescoes of 180m2 were the artist’s first major work created in France.
