Bebar

Originally from Vitry-sur-Seine, Bebar is a young artist who graduated from a school of Applied Art. From his work you can see hints of his academic experience mixed with cues taken from the streets.

The characters he creates and their abstract forms inspired by cartoons exhibit his distaste for the major evolutions and conflicts of contemporary society.

His universe is inspired by the world of hip hop, which is also important to the world of urban art, and it is in front of a wall where Bebar feels the most at home. He compares his work to dance given the agility with which one must operate, and the symbiotic movement of spray can and body.
