Murmures

Designed as part of the Murmures project symbolized by the breath of the wind and muffled sounds, "Twisted Seating" was sculpted from cypress wood by Marc Nucera. Worked with delicacy, the pleats and twists will adapt to the sunny region of Occitanie and allow the wind to pass through them.

This unique artwork offers an aesthetic and poetic experience to residents and passersby, contributes to the well-being of the inhabitants, and enhances the radiance of this new residence.

"Marked by the essence of the wood from which they come, my sculptures impose various creation techniques on me, ranging from delicacy to thickness of lines. The Murmures project, symbolized by the breath of the wind and muffled sounds, inspired me to select seven types of artworks. Through their living material, my artworks know how to resonate with the environment in which they integrate. Creating a poetic flow, which sometimes also surprises the passerby with its sensitive power, my sculptures embody the rhythms and sounds that punctuate nature and human encounters." - Marc Nucera
