To enhance the experience of the construction works for the new Île-de-France headquarters of Legendre Construction, Quai 36 collaborates by adorning the construction site hoarding with a graphic exploration of the building's architecture, designed and executed by the artist Small. Through a modern composition and vibrant colors, the artwork delves into the challenges of the city of tomorrow and traces the different eras of the construction in three phases.

The aim of this artistic project is to uplift the daily lives of the residents and encourage the people of Villejuif to discover the real estate project through art. This objective involves fostering friendly moments of interaction and mediation, such as those that occurred during the artistic production. The Legendre Group thus asserts its intention to contribute to the artistic and cultural development of the neighborhood where its new headquarters is located.
