A NEW LIFE FOR QUENTIN DMR’S FRESCO

In December 2019, Sogaris joined forces with Quai 36 in order to invite the photographer and plastic artist Quentin DMR to invest the construction site palisade of the future site P4 with a 125 m² fresco. Realized in black and white using the collage technique and composed of 24 portraits of the actors who write this project on a daily basis (company employees and future operators), its initial objective was to humanize the construction site in a dense and complex urban area.

Now restored and reinstalled in Sogaris' workspaces, the artwork is given a second life, now perennial, harmoniously and fully dedicated to the employees.

The urban distribution area P4, a local logistics site which purpose is to allow clean deliveries of goods in the 19th arrondissement and Pantin, Pré-Saint-Gervais and Les Lilas, will soon be in operation. As soon as it is operational, its location under the ring road will enable it to optimise distribution rounds and reduce the number of transport vehicles in town, while recreating a new urban life at the heart of the Porte de Pantin.
