ATELIER RENAULT – CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES
For the reopening of its showroom located on the Champs-Elysées Avenue, the Atelier Renault joined Quai 36 in inviting the French artist Leona Rose to conceive an artwork as an ode to life for the end of the confinement : life with passion.
Passionated by colorful jungles, the artist drew her inspiration from the Renault 4L, a car emblematic of the seventies to conceive a profuse jungle which colors remind of the decade's psychedelic universe embodied by this car.
Leona Rose's abundant jungle has invaded the showroom, coming to life from the store front and lingering on the inside of the showroom where you can be photographed in a colorful setting.
"The Renault 4L immediately reminded me of the seventies, a decade we all associate with a highly colorful, floral and lively artistic time. Everything was reunited for me to seize this model of car as a base for conceiving a universe in harmony with my approach : a vivid vegetable artwork, with playful shapes and an intense color palette." Leona Rose
The fresco is visible all summer at the 53 Champs-Elysées Avenue in Paris.
