Promenade Manet Residence

The sculptures by the artist MPCEM (Movement for Body and Mind), "Self as Another," "Homo Faber," and "Automatic Life," joined the gardens of the Promenade Manet Residence in Asnières-sur-Seine in September 2022. They constitute an artistic and playful pathway, the result of a wonderful collaboration between Cogedim, Fiminco, and Quai 36.

In this project, the choice of material quickly became evident, with corten steel already being used for the garden's retaining walls. It provides a finishing touch to the Biodivercity-certified residence, realized by Cogedim and Fiminco with a genuine consideration for biodiversity issues.
