Mathieu is interested in the influence of technology on the perception of our contemporary reality. He questions the materiality of the internet and its representations. He seeks to translate the spiritual experience of the Internet user, the imaginary of the surfer faced with this endless flow of information. In his projects, environmental issues emerge in a recurring way, using big data as a support. Thanks to the algorithms he develops, the recycling processes and the analogies with nature, he shapes the data flows in order to create tangible materializations.
